Thank you for choosing Cinefind, your trusted platform for discovering and booking movie screenings. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cinefind’s services, including our website and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Cinefind, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

  1. 1. Eligibility

    To use Cinefind, you must:

    • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

    If you are using Cinefind on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

    • Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code of Cinefind.

    3.2 Prohibited Content

    You agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:


    • Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

  4. 4. Bookings and Payments

    4.1 Bookings


    Cinefind enables users to discover and book movie screenings. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective theater or event organizer.


    4.2 Payments

    Payments for subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service. Cinefind does not store your payment details.


    4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

    Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective theater or event organizer. Cinefind is not responsible for disputes related to bookings.

  5. 5. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through Cinefind are the property of Cinefind or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

  6. 6. Privacy

    Your use of Cinefind is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Cinefind, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

  7. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Cinefind is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinefind disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    To the extent permitted by law, Cinefind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Cinefind’s total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
