    No! Cinefind is currently available in 35 cities across the United States and is rapidly expanding to new locations.

  • Do I need to be a guild member?

    All screenings available on our website do not require guild memberships, however some screening hosts may prioritize member RSVP’s.

    Yes, every screening listed on Cinefind is completely free.

    Yes, Cinefind offers personalized recommendations based on your watchlist to ensure you never miss a screening you’ll love.

  • Can I create a watchlist of movies to watch?

    Yes, Cinefind allows you to create a watchlist. You’ll also receive notifications when screenings for movies on your watchlist are announced.

    No, an account is required to use Cinefind and access its features.

  • How do I find screenings in my city?

    Create an account, select your location, and start exploring listings tailored to your area.

  • Are the listings accurate and up to date?

    Yes, our listings are continuously updated to provide the most accurate and reliable information.

  • How far in advance are screenings posted?

    This varies depending on the event and the host. Some screenings are posted weeks in advance, while others may appear closer to the event date.

  • How often are new screenings added?

    Screenings are added daily as we continuously gather new information.

  • What should I do if a screening I want is sold out?

    Sold-out screenings may have additional tickets released. Keep checking back for updates.

  • Are events ever canceled or rescheduled?

    Yes, events can be canceled or rescheduled. If you RSVP’d, you will receive an email from the screening host if this happens.

  • Can I sign up for multiple cities?

    You can easily switch between cities in the settings section of your account.

  • How do I switch between cities?

    Go to Settings > Location to select a new city.

  • Will I get notifications for multiple cities if I sign up for them?

    No, you can only receive notifications for one city at a time. However, you can create multiple accounts for different cities if needed.

    Yes, you can submit any film for promotion through the user submission feature on the Discover page.

  • Can I submit an event to Cinefind?

    Yes, events can also be submitted via the user submission feature on the Discover page.

  • Are there any restrictions on the types of events I can promote?

    Only entertainment-related events are allowed on Cinefind.

  • How do I get my event verified on Cinefind?

    Once you submit an event, a Cinefind admin will verify the information before it is added to the platform.

  • Is there a fee to promote an event or film?

    No, promoting events and films on Cinefind is completely free.

• Tickets

  • Can I resell tickets I booked through Cinefind?

    This depends on the screening host’s policies. Contact them for more details.

  • Are all events listed on Cinefind free?

    Yes, every event listed on Cinefind is free.

  • Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show it on my phone?

    You will receive an email with detailed instructions, including whether mobile tickets are accepted.

  • What happens if I lose my ticket?

    Reach out to the screening host. Their contact details will be included in the confirmation email you receive after RSVP.

  • Can I transfer tickets to someone else?

    At this time, interaction with other users is not available on Cinefind.

    Cinefind focuses on entertainment-related events, including in-theater and occasional virtual screenings.

  • Does Cinefind list virtual screenings or online events?

    Yes, but these are less frequent compared to in-person theater events.

  • How do I unsubscribe from emails or notifications?

    To temporarily disable notifications, toggle the notification switch off. To unsubscribe completely, cancel your subscription through settings.
